You as the Logistics Coordinator - German/English (w/m), will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and logistics tasks, ensuring that our high quality, customer happiness and profitability goals are met or exceeded.
You will work within our multilingual Operations team who is the backbone of our success! In this role, you’ll also work closely with the Account Management team to coordinate the end-to-end process of our customer's (international) moves and relocations in accordance with the booked services.
After extensive training and onboarding, you will become the operations go-to person for the Account Management team and will be able to explain every detail of operational requirements necessary for high-quality service execution.
You are passionate about organization, accuracy and have an eye for detail. You communicate fluently and effectively in German and English (French is a serious bonus) to achieve your goals and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners. Your resilience to stress and a basic understanding of business-to-business relationships rounds up your profile.
What you will be doing:
Full understanding and ability to coordinate end-to-end international relocations from our customer's origin to destination locations
Meticulous handling of day-to-day operations and logistics tasks
Ensure that target costs are met and escalate deviations to your team lead
Promote constant quality improvements by providing your team lead with feedback on quality of the moves sold by the team and the services rendered by our partners
Together with your team, be the go-to person and fulfilment expert for day-to-day operations (excl. groupage operations) for the Account Management team
Handle special cases together with your team lead and ensure efficient customs clearance of our shipments

Fluency in German is mandatory (French is a plus)

Coordination experience in events, travel, moving, hospitality, etc.
Knowledge about international shipments of household goods
Experience with customs clearance for personal effects
