About the Role

You as the Finance and Insurance Administrator (m/w) will be tasked with processing payables and receivables as well as making sure that all insurances are registered and claims filed accordingly. All escalation cases are handed over to our legal counsel.

This role is for team players given that you’ll be an integral part of our operational business, in collaboration with our account and operations managers.


What you will be doing:

  • Administering our company’s accounts receivables:

    • Being responsible for customer invoices 
    • Being responsible for payment tracking
    • Being responsible for collecting overdue receivables
  • Administering our company’s accounts payables

    • Being responsible for tracking and checking partner invoices
  • Support monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting

  • Register insurance contracts booked by our clients with our insurance provider

  • File claims on our client’s behalf to initiate damage regulation and engage in client communication if necessary

  • Follow our escalation process for outstanding payments and insurance claims to hand over such cases to our legal counsel

What you need:

  • Previous relevant experience required

  • Attention to detail is important to you

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and C1 fluency in French, with the ability to speak publicly, clearly and effectively

  • You are someone with a strong numerical and analytical mindset, who is a strong problem solver 

  • Experience with Google Mail, Calendar and Docs is a plus

  • Working towards the completion of a Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, taxation or related is preferred

  • This is a very hands-on role if you see a problem solve it!
